Beginners Yoga

Beginner’s yoga is a type of yoga practice that is designed for those who are new to yoga or who may have limited experience with the practice. It typically involves gentle, basic poses and movements that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. The goal of beginner’s yoga is to introduce students to the fundamentals of yoga and help them develop a solid foundation for a regular practice. It can also be a great way to relax and de-stress, improve posture and alignment, and learn proper breathing techniques.

Intermediate Yoga

Intermediate yoga is a level of yoga practice that comes after the beginner level and before the advanced level. It is designed for students who have a good understanding of basic yoga poses and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced poses and sequences. In intermediate yoga, students will continue to refine their alignment and focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. It often includes more dynamic and challenging poses, such as arm balances and inversions, as well as longer holds and flowing sequences. Intermediate yoga also involves incorporating breathwork and meditation into the practice to deepen the mind-body connection. It is important for students to have a strong foundation in basic yoga before moving onto intermediate level, as it requires a certain level of physical and mental readiness.

Advanced Yoga

Advanced yoga is the highest level of yoga practice, designed for experienced and dedicated students who have mastered the intermediate level. It requires a strong understanding of alignment, breath integration, and meditation, as well as a high level of physical and mental strength and flexibility. Advanced yoga classes often include challenging poses, such as arm balances, inversions, and backbends, as well as longer and more complex sequences. Students will also be expected to hold poses for longer periods of time and transition between poses with fluidity and control. Advanced yoga goes beyond the physical aspects of the practice and also delves into the spiritual and philosophical aspects of yoga. It is a deeply transformative and challenging practice that requires dedication, discipline, and a willingness to push oneself beyond limitations.
